Connect is a 4-week 1:1 meditation journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself and establish a meditation practice that feels supportive, natural, nourishing and sustainable.

Rather than asking you to follow a fixed method or rigid routine, Connect meets you where you are. The focus is on creating a practice that flows with your energy, your rhythms, and the reality of your daily life. One that supports you rather than becoming another thing to do or get right.

Each week, you are guided through meditation and gentle reflection in a supportive, held space. Together, we explore what helps you feel grounded, present, and connected, allowing your own inner guidance to become something you can return to with trust.

What’s included:

:: Four weekly 60-minute 1:1 guided sessions held online so you have personalised support and the space to build a practice gradually that works specifically for you and where you are in your life.

:: Personalised practices tailored to your needs and energy so your meditation practice feels supportive and aligned with how you feel, rather than something you force yourself to do.

:: Support and guidance between sessions, as and when needed to help you stay connected, ask questions, and feel held as you integrate the practice into your everyday life.
