ROOTED

A 1:1 mentorship for inner connection and self-trust

Rooted is a 3 or 6-month one-to-one mentorship for sensitive, intuitive, introverted women who are tired of abandoning themselves and living from self-doubt, and are ready to live from a place of inner steadiness, clarity and quiet confidence.

This is a guided journey home to yourself. A space to slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and build a steady sense of self you can trust and return to, no matter what is happening around you.

Through meditation, heart-centred coaching, emotional regulation and energetic alignment, you will learn how to calm your nervous system, honour your sensitivity, reconnect with your inner guidance, and build a strong, rooted sense of inner confidence.

Over time, this inner transformation begins to show up in your everyday life. Decisions feel simpler. You know what matters to you, what does not, you know what you want, and you begin shaping your life around that truth. 

This is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the doubt and the constant pull from the outside world, so that you feel at home in yourself and able to move into any situation feeling comfortable in who you are.

We begin by creating a sense of safety and presence in your body. You learn how to ground, settle and return to your centre, so you have a stable inner base to move from in every moment. This gives you the tools to always return to yourself and move through your days feeling less reactive and less triggered, and more anchored and stable in who you are, even when life feels full and chaotic.

Listen

From this place of presence and calm, we deepen into clarity. You reconnect with your own inner voice and intuition, that place within you that knows. You understand your needs, values and desires, and reconnect with your sense of identity. You begin to recognise what genuinely lights you up. Old interests resurface, new passions emerge, and you naturally give them space in your life.

Alchemise

Together, we gently meet what has been holding you back – emotional wounds, resistance, stored feelings, limiting beliefs and old patterns are met with compassion and slowly released – so that you are freer to be and express yourself in your life. As this work unfolds, the constant self-questioning starts to quieten. You trust yourself more and spend far less energy doubting every choice you make.

Align

As you root into yourself, your outer life begins to shift – clear boundaries form, decisions feel simpler, and aligned steps emerge from your inner knowing – and you start living in a way that reflects who you truly are. This might look like a clearer direction in your career, knowing where you want to live, the confidence to explore a long-held idea or hobby, or finally allowing yourself to change what no longer fits – relationships, house, job, lifestyle, or how you spend your time.

What is included

Weekly 60-minute
1:1 sessions

A held and guided space combining meditation and intuitive coaching where we work with emotional regulation, deep listening, belief patterns, energy balance and nervous system support. Sessions are shaped around what is present for you and are completely tailored to meet you where you are in the moment.

Session recordings
and notes

You receive a recording of the session and any personalised guided meditation created during your session, along with notes, reflections and practices to support your integration, processing and daily practice during the week.

Between-session
support

Gentle email or message support between calls (Monday to Friday) so you are not holding everything alone, and you feel supported as things shift and unfold.

Access to the
meditation library

A collection of pre-recorded practices in different styles to support your daily connection and help you establish a practice that supports you. This will offer you the tools to regulate your nervous system, balance your emotions and come back to yourself when needed.
