Meditation and alignment coaching

Supporting you to come back to your centre and live from a space of trust, inner knowing, balance and alignment. 

Meeting you where you are with a gentle approach that invites softness, flow and presence – creating a space where you feel safe to open up and connect with your inner resources. I offer this through a blend of tools that include meditation, energy healing, and leadership coaching.

It’s a holistic approach that is empowering for you as you learn how to resource yourself to come back to your space of inner peace, clarity, balance and alignment. It’s not about fixing or just external results. It’s about creating more space to slow down, noticing and dropping into a deeper level of awareness.

Helping you see what’s happening beneath the surface and bringing your attention back to what really matters to you. Meditation coaching is about the inner shifts that come from expanded awareness and that naturally create more alignment, balance, and clarity both in your inner and outer world.

We will work together in the direction of your life intentions and goals, raising your awareness on what truly is important to you. Any goal and intention is welcome here, but the potential for growth and inner connection is what makes this work truly impactful.

Learn the foundations of meditation with a trusted guide by your side, exploring which meditation approach best supports you and receive tailored meditation guidance to what best helps you with your needs, goals and personality. 

This personalised approach to meditation will help you create a strong lasting foundation for your personal practice, offering you accountability, guidance, and coaching support along the way. 

A regular meditation practice gives space for healing to naturally happen and , by having a guide by your side, you will be supported in finding ways to be with what is and release old blocks and emotional charges that come up from your practice so that you can experience life from a calmer, more centred space within yourself.

Each session includes helpful tools, guidance, and guided meditations specifically tailored for you. Plus exercises, inspirations and bonus guided audio recordings to support your inner connection journey.
