Rooted

A 1:1 mentorship for inner connection and self-trust

Rooted is a 3 or 6-month one-to-one mentorship for sensitive, intuitive, introverted women who are tired of abandoning themselves and living from self-doubt, and are ready to live from a place of inner steadiness, clarity and quiet confidence.

This is a guided journey home to yourself. A space to slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and build a steady sense of self you can trust and return to, no matter what is happening around you.

Through meditation, heart-centred coaching, emotional regulation and energetic alignment, you will learn how to calm your nervous system, honour your sensitivity, reconnect with your inner guidance, and build a strong, rooted sense of inner confidence.


Connect

A 4-week 1:1 meditation journey to help you reconnect with yourself and build a meditation practice that feels supportive, nourishing and sustainable.

Connect is for women who want to slow down, feel more present, and create a meditation practice that flows with their life and rhythms rather than feeling rigid or hard to maintain.

Over four weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions, you will be guided through meditation and reflection in a calm, held space. The focus is on helping you discover what works for you personally, so you can carry a sense of calm, clarity, and connection into your everyday life. This is not about perfect technique or long sits. It is about finding a way of practising that feels gentle, real, and nourishing.


One-to-one single sessions

Held 1:1 session

45-minute one-to-one guided session for women who feel tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected. 
A calm space to slow down, rest, 
and just be held.

You’ll be gently guided into deep relaxation so your nervous system can settle, your inner world softens, and you can come back to yourself with more ease and grounding.

It is about nourishment, presence, and feeling supported exactly as you are.

Threshold 1:1 session

90-minute clarity session for women 
who feel in a place of inner change, standing between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. It’s a held space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and listen beneath the noise of pressure and expectations.

We blend gentle self-connection 
practices with intuitive coaching so 
clarity can arise naturally.

You’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself, clearer about what matters now, and steadier and more grounded as you 
step into what comes next.
