Held is a 45-minute 1:1 guided session for women who feel tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected and need a space to slow down and rest. It is for those moments when you long for calm, presence, and gentle support – a space to receive and simply be held, letting go of the doingness of everyday life and allowing yourself time and space to nourish your cup and yourself.

In this session, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and connection, allowing your nervous system to settle and your inner world to soften. The intention is not to change or fix anything, but to help you come back to yourself feeling more grounded, spacious, relaxed and at ease. If you wish, the session can be gently tailored around a personal intention, such as rest, emotional settling, letting go, or reconnection.

This session is especially supportive if you are feeling overstimulated, emotionally full, or have been giving a lot to others and need a place to simply receive.

Once you book, you will receive an email to arrange a day and time that suits you. The session is held via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
