A 90-minute 1:1 clarity session for women who are in a place of inner change, standing between who they have been and who they are becoming.
A held space of transition, reflection, and clarity before the forward movement.
Threshold is a 90-minute 1:1 session designed to support you when something inside you has shifted, but the way forward is not yet clear. It offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and listen beneath the noise of expectations, doubt, or external pressure.
This session blends gentle self-connection practices, including guided meditation, with intuitive coaching and reflective exercises. Together, we create the conditions for clarity to arise naturally, helping you sense what feels true for you now and what may be ready to change or take shape.
Threshold is for you if you feel at a crossroads, are questioning your direction, or want to move forward from a place of inner alignment rather than from a place of urgency or uncertainty. You do not need to arrive with a clear question. The session is held in a supportive and grounded way, focusing on what needs attention rather than forcing an outcome.
You will leave feeling more connected to yourself, clearer about what matters right now, more confident in your inner knowing, and steadier and more grounded as you step into what comes next.
What’s included
Alongside the 90-minute live session, Threshold is supported by gentle touchpoints before and after our time together.
Before the session, you’ll receive a small set of pre-clarity prompts to help you reflect and begin listening inward. These are invitations to orient yourself toward what’s alive for you, so that our time together can focus on what’s most supportive for you.
After the session, I’ll send a follow-up email with additional self-reflection prompts and simple guidance on next steps, so you have clarity on what emerged and how to move forward. This is offered to help you integrate what emerged and stay connected to your own sense of direction as you move forward.
