WEEKLY ONLINE MEDITATION CIRCLE
A space for heart connection and embodiment through guided meditation, prayer and intention. Gathering in community to soften, rest and be present in our heart space, connecting with that deeper part of us that knows and can offer guidance, strength, trust and love.
A space to tend to your inner world and sanctuary, a time for quiet, stillness, grounding and reflection. A space to come back to your centre and connect with your soul.

Cultivating presence and groundedness in the heart in these turbulent times is a very precious act. Finding ways to be present through the portal of the heart to what is, exploring ways to anchor yourself in that space and remembering how to align to what feels true to your heart.
The session will be an invitation to slow the mind down, to soften and rest into your heart, allowing you to meet what is present for you and the deeper part of you to bring more trust, alignment, calm and presence into your week.
It's a space for you to step back from the business and doing-ness of everyday life and take time and space to unwind, release, ground, and cultivate a deeper inner connection with yourself.
These meditation circles are held online via Zoom, and you will receive the Zoom link to join after sharing your email below.
