Meditation, embodiment and reflection practices
You will learn tools to anchor you back into your body and your centre so that you can feel more present and calm in your life and less caught in your unhelpful thought patterns.
Clarity and truth work
Truth-level reflection that shapes your life from the inside out so that you are no longer making choices from habit, fear or expectation, but from what genuinely feels right for you.
Space to release
Release what doesn’t fit anymore. Make space for what feels real and aligned, allowing your energy and your life to feel lighter, authentic and less conflicted.
Integration into real life
We will explore how your inner knowing and outer life can align, so that you have clarity about the small, grounded steps that help you move forward in a way that feels true to you.
How this month unfolds
Threshold flows through four gentle stages that help you build a relationship with yourself and then live from it.
Week 1
Remembering your centre
This week is about building your foundation. We begin where your inner life and your lived life meet. You feel what it is like to stand in your presence, rooted in your body and open in your heart, so that you can feel more grounded, present and at home within yourself.
Week 2
Clarifying your truth
This is a space for deep listening, self-connection, and self-discovery. You begin to name what is truly yours – the desires, the passions, the talents, the joys, the needs, the edges, the open spaces – so you will have more clarity, self-trust and a deeper sense of what is right for you.
Week 3
Letting go
You begin to notice what no longer feels aligned – old patterns, ways of being or inner stories that are ready to be released, so that you can feel lighter, freer, less held back by what no longer serves you, and more open to receiving what truly matters and feels true to you.
Week 4
Living from your centre
We look at how your inner clarity meets your outer life. And how your choices, your relationships, your time and your energy can begin to reflect more of who you are, so that you can experience more ease, confidence and alignment in the way you live and move through your life.

A 90-minute 1:1 clarity session for women who are in a place of inner change, standing between who they have been and who they are becoming, or simply longing for clarity that comes from within.

Threshold is a 90-minute 1:1 session + one-week container designed to support you when something inside you has shifted, but the way forward is not yet clear. It offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and listen beneath the noise of expectations, doubt, or external pressure.
This session blends gentle self-connection practices, including guided meditation, with intuitive coaching and reflective exercises. Together, we create the conditions for clarity to arise naturally, helping you sense what feels true for you now and what may be ready to change or take shape.
Threshold is for you if you feel at a crossroads, are questioning your direction, or want to move forward from a place of inner alignment rather than from a place of urgency or uncertainty. You do not need to arrive with a clear question. The session is held in a supportive and grounded way, focusing on what needs attention rather than forcing an outcome.
You will leave feeling more connected to yourself, clearer about what matters right now, more confident in your inner knowing, and steadier and more grounded as you step into what comes next.
What’s included
Alongside the 90-minute live session, Threshold is supported by gentle touchpoints before and after our time together.
Before the session, you’ll receive a small set of pre-clarity prompts to help you reflect and begin listening inward. These are invitations to orient yourself toward what’s alive for you, so that our time together can focus on what’s most supportive for you.
After the session, I’ll send a follow-up email with additional self-reflection prompts and simple guidance on next steps, so you have clarity on what emerged and how to move forward. I will also be available for three days after the session via messages to support you if anything else arises. This is offered to help you integrate what emerged and stay connected to your own sense of direction as you move forward.
